Thanks for the report.
The glasses have been fixed, however because of how HL was ported to the Source engine, the animations are linked (to some degree) to the fps. This makes them appear faster then normal on most of todays machines. In other words, that is Valve's bug, not ours.

We are a content replacement Team, so we have no coders and therefore are not equipped to tackle it anyway.
