Set the hitbox for the shield to $hbox 10
Only other thing possible out of those (without editing the code) is the mp5.

The barney i am talking about had the correct settings, he also had metal guard plates for his upper and lower legs, his arms and i think maybe for his face, or if that was just a ninja mask. So yeah, when i boosted his gun to be a full auto glock 18, he was pretty impossible to kill, unless you shot his eyes through the peekhole in his shield.
So I know this is all possible.
Note, that without editing the code for the saw and whatnot, his sawing and healing capabilities would be pretty impossible to perform, Unless, you could make an event where he has a special fire animation he uses at you sometimes, where he deals - damage to players, like, -25, which liogically would mean he heals 25 of your health, although shootin g him to make him heal you would seem silly, and i don't know if it even works that way.
