[UT3]C++ error

I get C++ error all the time, i start UT3, it goes to start menu where you type in code screen and then on desktop with that error "Application have asked to terminate it in unknown way", i can go back in game but buttons wont work, and i cant type in code.
CPU- AMD Athlon 2200hz
Videocard- NVIDIA 6600 GT
Soundcard-Realtek AC97 Audio
OS-Windows XP 32 bit
Before titan pack and patch, on 1.3 all worked perfectly.
Oh and, its Steam version.Cause Titan Pack and Patch2.0 wont work on my retail copy(which is russian).
P.S. I had 2 gb of memory at the moment when i had that bug, im redownloading my UT3 and i have 1.5 gb now, BUT please dont say cause its "cause low memory", it was with 2gb memory.

just let me clarify this, when you say memory, you mean hard drive space?

storage = hard drive (space)

RAM, harddrive is quite big either and i didnt have any trouble on 1.3 with this harddrive, so its something in my PC or in ut3 itself.

I will try but i installed files that came with ut3 itself.
