Ok, I haven't been here in a while so a little clarification seems to be needed:
The pack I released on page one was worked on by Barnz, Sgt.Wilko, Flynia, Besli, Sappy, H4wk and myself... with a few guests along the way. All that should be in the Readme. These are the
only
ones who were part of HL:S:HD.
Since releasing the pack REHAN and Shotgunny have done
additional
work on our HL:S DM models to get them to work. If there are additional people working on them I am unaware, so forgive me if I miss your name. Regardless, these gentlemen are not part of HL:S:HD, but have done it a great service imo.
In the end, so long as everyone is properly credited, I don't think it matters who works on what. I would however suggest any naming schemes are different enough not to create additional confusion. For example, HL:S:HD was a project that took Ambient.Impact and Romka's work (among others) and converted it to Source. We did not borrow their name however. This might be where some of the confusion is coming in. If you want to take this pack and progress it from here, then I would suggest a name that does not include HL:S:HD, but be sure credits go to us in the readme for the work we did. That is all I would require. The rest of the Team may have a say so as well.
In any regard, I want to thank REHAN and Co. for their additional work and for posting it here for us to enjoy as well! They have my appreciation as a HL:S fan.
Thank You Frraksurred,
i only want othere's players who think there is nothing in hldms i want to changed there mind and tell them this mod is full of fun.
if we don't keep this mod alive then valve can put mod in trashed and i realy don't this.
this is why i start making maps for hldms since hls released and now models too.
i was thinking to make a customs player models with server plugins wich make them work on every source dedicated server.
it is ok to released it here?
and i also happy shotgunguy also intrested for player models.

I agree with you there Rehan, but I really wish VALVe would release a HL:S SDK or something.
HL:S could have so much more potential if they gave us some modding tools.

Well half-life :
SOURCE
is a
SOURCE
engine based game (the same engine than half-life 2), so you can use the
SOURCE
sdk (the half life 2 sdk) if you want to mod for
SOURCE
you use the
SOURCE
sdk. If you want to modify half-life source itself, you modify it like any other source game/mod
edit: also yeah you can found it under the tool tab in steam

Issue is, you could probably count the people who actually care about HL:S on one hand.

But does the Source SDK have any HL:S support, no.
You have to manually extract everything, and I'm pretty sure there are still missing entities.

Yes it does, it just that valve don't really care about half-life source, if you want to see the HL:S in the source sdk list, you have to mess around with the HLS fdg file there are a few threads about that on on steam forum

Honestly yes.
It's like adding phong + effects to HL2 - too much work for too little payoff.

Since 2 weeks I am using the cheat code to complete the stages because in this my brother played before and he can't complete and said me that I have installed the cheat and saved it.
So I am playing this 2nd time and I think I will complete in 2 days due to I have already completed.
How's the second version for this?
