Title: Impulse 200

Is there one for HL1? it would be cool because im sick of changing to another weapon pressing q twice then pressing my r_drawviewmodel 1 key and when I want to put it away it doesn't have a good animation like in HL:S how you press a key to impulse 200 and it makes a cool anim.

I think he means that HL1 doesn't use a weapon's holster animation when changing to another weapon. I would also like to enable it somehow.

You poor thing, born a few years too late to have your youth absolved by advances in technology. All the dumb stuff I posted last decade has since been wiped out in database crashes. But this particular forum will exist well beyond our lifespans.

Admittedly, though, holster-animations are an option which should have been provided.

There are a lot of video games (example: ARMA 3) that have implemented holster functions. But comparing something like that to a game from 1998 it's not really expected unless modded into the game. The fact that most of Half-Life: Source wasn't even re-worked and yet it had holster-animations is beyond me.
