Half-Life: Enhanced / Female NPCs? What's the verdict?

Now, before you have a go at me for putting in this thread, it is because all the threads I found in search related to my query were over 6 Months old, I preferred to make this topic instead of making a new post on those threads, then get buggered by someone saying not to bump it. Now, onto business.

Although I doubt the mod team will actually say: Is there any confirmation on Female NPCs to be included in HL:E? If so, does this also mean Female Zombies?

Resident Evil: Cold Blood / Xenoverse is back up, so now what?

I've just found out that xenoverse is back up, and the Cold Blood forums are still slightly active, so I'm curious of what's going to happen, are you (the Cold Blood team) going to stick to HIT, or go back to xenoverse...or use both (since you have the option to do so)?

I've just been stumped by a map making "problem", that when I create certain ammo entities like Custom Handgun ammo, and Desert Eagle ammo, they don't appear when I test the game in the actual mod, is there a reason for this, or not?

I announced in the Cold Blood forums (before it went down) that me and a group of my friends were going to make a new map, that we hope, will be long, interesting, and define the word survival horror in the Resident Evil universe. I said that I would get some rough conecpts done for the day after I said this, but since xenoverse went down, it was a no go. Anyway here are some early concepts of sections of the map:

I know the concepts aren't of the best quality, but I can't draw well :).
The map is supposed to be a mid point between recb_labs, and recb_darkwoods, and currently we're about 30% completed on the map base.
