It depends on the animations--it's however fast the animations are. For example, I could use the Panthereye as a zombie replacement, and it'd go much faster than a zombie because the walk/run animations are much quicker than the default zombie's walk/run.

I'll try to do Opposing Force and Blue Shift myself, using the same system as you. I'll probably come to you with tons of questions though :P

HL SDK. Install it, dlls folder

As for running speed, that's animation based, just increase the animations' fps.

Pretty well done overall.
I like the belt idea-smart!

Some ideas for improvements:

Well, first thing's first, if it's under 2MB, upload it here as an attachment. That really boils down to preference, but thought I'd pitch in my two cents.

-Remove "$externaltextures" from the QC. It doesn't really need a T model.
-More realistic looking bullet texture. This one looks pretty oversaturated and bright. Same with the box but not as much.
-Replace the "desu" text with HECU. Easier said than done. Haha.

I would have much preferred the bullets being modelled out, but okay.

This from the guy who doesn't like anything more detailed than the HD Pack.

Google Cannonfodder's Half-Life 2 tools. I don't know if they would work, you'd have to decompile ans make sure the QC of the Gmod model matches the HL2 one.

Milkshape also has Kratisto's Model Decopmiler built in. Tools > Kratisto's Half-Life Model Decompiler.

Wow, I didn't even remember making these! Hahaha, how time flies.
Um, I think it was just the weapons you pick up in the campaign, check the RAR to be sure.
