Look, The fact of the matter is that he made it a public release...old or not, for people to "see" him using it or not.  So frankly, you don't need his permission to release it or not.  Once he allowed that download for the public, it was anyones game.  It's not a matter of respect and I feel that you're intentionally being difficult in a situation where it's just unnecessary.
Nope, I think you should accept(and respect) what the author said to Noxx too, rather than try to "convince" Noxx to release something isn't made by him and he doesn't get the permission for.

Here's my cell phone, Nokia 5120.

Yep, it's an outdated model nowadays and doesn't have any multimedia features like color screen, 3G, digital camera, etc.
I bought it about five years ago when I was going to the University. But it's very durable and still works well now. (GJ to Finnish!)
In these five years, All I did is replacing its reddish orange shell with a black one (due to the degradation of its rubber surface, pity) at last year, and bought a new battery for it. :P

Except finding a crack for the latest version of MS3D is near impossible.
I remember there's a way to clean the register entries that MS3D writes sneaky (you won't find them with regular search in Regedit) in your computer. Thus you can "reset" the trial date and enter your purchaseed/keygened serial. But I can't be sure.

Agree. Honestly, I'd like to see that we can use CZ/CZ:DS content for some "reasonable"(cheap qc conversions gtfo) model hacking/creations.

Looks nice, but it seems you didn't weld the vertexes between neck cover and HEV suit. There are seams in every model. Maybe you could weld them together.

Yeah, that's the point. Anyway, this proggy is still handy for people who:
1. Don't have hack skills(i.e.: how to tweak UV-map) or proggy like Milkshape3D.
2. Don't care too much about UV-shifting problem. (Well, if only decompile/recompile once, the shifting isn't very noticeable.)

Look like an auto decompiling/recompiling batch.
I still prefer replacing textures one by one with JHLMV, since it won't cause UV-shifting problem.
