HL:S HD is dead to them.
Only me and a couple of Facepunchers are keeping it alive.
If not that HL:S was pretty much useless, i would be trying to keep it alive too.I prefer to be in HL1.If you need help with alphas, i can freely help.

Alphas? It's on an SVN.
If something new comes out, it gets put on the SVN.

Some Facepuncher?

If you are talking about ShotgunGuy, he is the creator of the HLSHD SVN. If you are talking about me, I'm a member who wants to keep alive this project.
Just so.

I'm the guy keeping this alive. I made an SVN for all of the HL:S HD content. and I've been porting models over myself.

You two have a very different idea for what you're modding and as far as I know you were never part of the HL:S:HD team. Now unless either one of you got permission and the files that had been accumulated up to v2 of HL:S:HD from Barnz or KylerAdams, I don't think you can go around this forum and proclaim domain.
Which is not to say you can't make what HL:S:HD set out to achieve but don't go around here parading about stuff and making self proclaimed announcements(http://hl-improvement.com/forums/hlshd/if-you-don't-do-i-do!/).

So, you have two choices:
You continue the project
or
Me, ShotgunGuy and the others that want continue the project.
sappy, you cancelled the project. So, I and the others will continue it. Just so. The project continue to be yours, but we offer a big help to continue the project.
So, we are the very very few people interested in HLSHD. If you want to help Franksurred and us, come on! Your help is very "helpful" :D.
But is strange, you thwart completely the project and now you show interest for it.....
In laymans terms: I WANT HLS:HD.

@Shotgunguy

:o i cant believe you DONT know what alpha's are..and i thought you were a decent compiler..
*facepalm*
Alpha is bit on texture of normal map that with certain shaders can show either reflection, or light, like Phong or refmaps.
So if you want help in that bit, im free to help.Enough explanation?

You continue the project
or
Me, ShotgunGuy and the others that want continue the project.

Also doesnt give you rights to continue their project with their name, sure you can do more work, under your own name with giving credits and saying that its just custom content, but you cant include THEIR without THEIR agreement.Noone stops you from working on custom stuff for game though.

Ok, you're right. My bad. I just want to help. Sorry  :( :'(
But the problem is you don't make more for HLSHD. And I want the project alive.
But you probabily say: why you don't wait for BMS?
The anwser is: I don't have original HL2, so I can't get BMS.
Thats because I want HLSHD. Make HLS look good. Play Half-Life with most of the features of Source Engine and good models. And some extras, like good textures.
Thats because I post the links, to anyone have acess to them. To anyone have a chance to play HLS once more before BMS.
But you don't want to help, I see. Ok. Me and ShotgunGuy will continue it. But you will continue to be Administrators of this project I just want to left clear that The project is NOT dead. Do you understand?
