I can't wait till half life:improvment is out I so want it. in the mean time im making the original half life look better :'(

Just search for what you're looking for. Type in 'bullsquid' and you'll find a few custom bullsquid skins. The quality of work found here is almost 100% of the time better done than that of fpsb...though fpsb has its share of quality work too. There's also the HIT Model Depot.

but no SD textures like you see in half life:source or half life 2 the ones that have reflectiveness? in urban terror (ioquake 3 engine) has reflectiveness with some stuff I wonder how they do it?

Goldsource has its limitations. Try coding in reflections yourself, compile the client DLL and play. ;P

im not saying reflections exactly im talking about refractions and the wavy lines and such that you can actually get the coding from the ioqauke 3 engine actually. if someone can code that in that'll be great since half life 1 runs on quakes coding. if the improvement team could put the water waviness in then Ill be happy XD. also whats up with the nuclear waste texture it's so wrong if it was clearer like the water texture then it might actually look like what it should look like. also if I could go back in time i'll give bill gates a laptop to improve then we might have better computers at a very cheap price XD  also in the ioquake 3 engine they have good mirrors in some maps.

Awhile ago I did implement Mechmods water shader effect, I was never happy with how it turned out though, and always intended to take another look at it sometime. But this is what it looks like right now

Thenn...make the nuclear waste texture be slightly transparent in places. Can you do additive world textures?
