Model transparency

Hi. I can't make my textures background to be transparent on model. I made last colour in palette blue, i checked transparent option in viewer but background is still blue. Help me please.

Open the bitmap in photoimpact or something and open the colortable (colortable it's only available for 256 colors bitdepth images) - Now make sure that you make the blue (0, 0, 255) color to be the last indexed in the table (index 255)
