Sound issues?
« on: January 11, 2011, 04:18:20 AM »

So, some sounds don't work in HL1. Is there any specific restrictions, such as file size?

Mono, 22050 Hz. 32 bit. 8 bit for mouth syncing.

Can convert easily with Audacity or dbpoweramp.

I'm fairly sure 16 bit is the highest HL will support. Never knew about the restriction for making it work with mouths.

It'll work as 32-bit in Audacity. That I'm certain of.

I know right!
