A.I's Scientist Skeleton & Source

Hello, I've been trying out A.I's source files for the scientist lately and I'm confused because there is no "renamebones.qc" in the source files at all, and I was wondering if this is contributing to another problem I'm having. I've been trying to port some of the animations from the decay scientist, but it still gives bone errors for some reason, even though my animator swears he had fixed all the bones for A.I's scientist. Does this have something to do with the mysterious "renamebones.qc", or something else?

Didn't fix my problem unfortunately, but has anyone actually did all the extra animations from Decay and attached them onto the sci?
