640hud7 additive problem

Hello, i was making this 640hud7, and already finished it, but when i view it in HL, the result's shows like this, anyone knows what's with the transparent black thing on the sprite? and how i fix it?

Thanks, how did you get it black? i mean, i copied the color from an existing 640hud7, tried using black on MS Paint, and Photoshop it, how did you get it to work?

Did you set it to 256 indexed colour?

Ohh, so that's why, you have to set it to indexed color first... thanks a lot anyway.
