Nihilath Candidates
« on: October 06, 2005, 08:29:36 AM »

EDIT:- Poll created :)

EDIT2:- Topic renamed pending release of Tundra Cools model as a "Source Release"

EDIT3:-  Tundra Cools Model http://www.hl-improvement.com/forums/index.php?topic=2871.0

I had posted these in under the "Beta" topic but it wasnt really home for it:

Here he is... the biggest bad boy in HL Source with normal maps :)

Personally i think the one by tundra cool is a lot more developed as you can see by the forehead and arms. Maybe its just the normal maps... but to me he looks more "real" and "physical". It could be just me though LOL

PS - Appologies for the image sizes as its hard to get decent images of him at small size.

Thoughts people?

Cheers flynia

Flynia, please ship me the model so I can get a better look.

It looks like it has some improvements, though it's hard to truly decipher via the pic.

Thanks.

Better we use the original model, because Tundra's Nihilath is just a waste of vertexes!

You know, they could just have this for the bonus pack only. So any of you "too much polies will bog my computer", don't have to keep bitching.  They could just use in the normal pack, a remapped Nihilanth.

Watch your mouth, lad...
But I've apologized! See the beginning of the post.
Or should I cover those words with "*"? Oh... But you wouldn't understand, hat I mean.

ok, anyway, you shouldn't put this model into the pack. Because... you already know, what does it remind me about.  ;D ;D

BTW, the guys from HL2 Inside posted a news about your HL:S:HD project!
