Oh, there's none. I compiled the map without light. WIP.
So there is no light on this map ? 0_o
I don't get it, i trough a map would be dark if there is no light

It's called Fullbright.

If you don't compile it with any lights in, it ...well turns out fully bright...

(Better than going pitch black, don't you think? =P)

That HL2 jail was also recreated in the HL mod 'Black Ops', so you're the second person to 'steal' that vision :P There's some CZDS models that would suit that area well, like the industrial light fixtures...
