If you want the that prisonguard uses the same skin, then just copy the combinesoldiersheet.vmt, paste it in the same folder and rename it to combinesoldiersheet_prisonguard.vmt (I'm not sure about this filename, just rename it to the vmt file of the prison guard). Correct me if I'm wrong.

Didn't work..
It should work . . . rename only the combinesoldiersheet.vmt to combinesoldiersheet_prisonguard.vmt. Only the VMT . . . not the VTFs. I repeat: rename only the VMT-file not the VTFs.

Models/zombie_classic.... I think

Models/zombie_classic.... I think
and Matrial/models/zombie_classic


Something like that.
Put it in the following folder:
...\steam\steamapps\(your account)\Half-Life 2\hl2\materials\models\combine_soldier\

You don't need to put anything in your model folder, because it's a skin and not a model replacement.

Did as you said, and just to make sure, you can rename it to _prisonguard and still put it in the same folder? I can't check to see if it works right now, but thanks, Romka. Also, divixion, this is not a zombie skin... (Or model.)

Ok, than rename all files to combinesoldiersheet_prisonguard, but keep the end of the file like it is (VMT stays VMT and VTF stays VTF). Then open the VMT with padedit and change in it all "combinesoldiersheet" to "combinesoldiersheet_prisonguard" . . . than save it as a VMT-file again!

If you're clever enough it should work ;D.
