but i dont mind if they are ugly or not but i just want op4 hands on it...
anyways, i went step by step like in the tutorial and something has messed up...i tried it with other models and it worked, but only this m16 doesnt :/

If you used Milkshape 3D, then you probably decompiled the model using MS3D's normal decompiler. Never use it. Instead use Kratisto's decompiler which is under Tools. If you used something else like HLMV to decompile, then that shouldn't happen.

I decompiled it with normal ms3d decompiler...maybe that was the problem.
Now i decompiled it with Karisto's MDL Decompiler and compiled again and...IT WORKS, THANK YOU!

Cool. Just remember never to use MS3D's normal decompiler. Always use Kratisto's.

To be honest, I really don't see it in bumps like this to be bad. If the dude said "OMG THIS TUT IS OSM THX," then it's an offense.

But, this isn't the case. He's trying to learn basic arm swapping. Let him learn.
