[released] HL2D - Needs mapping help!

HL2D
HL2D is my latest sideproject. It's a mod for half-life turning the game into a sidescroller. It's SP only so no, it's not like Ragnarok Arena.
Current released version is 1.0 Beta, which can be downloaded from the website.

However, the mod is open for anyone to map for. Actually, it depends on it, as there is no official maps except the training course.
There's already a few upcoming maps from the members at TWHL, but it can always use more!
If you're interested, check the Mapping Guide and rmfs at the website, if you're not, stay tuned to play sp sidescrolling hl action.

Special Features:
* Sidescrolling LOL
* Ingame Chipmusic (just for good measure :p)
* Doublejumping (Totally controllable by mappers!)
* Walljumping (Totally controllable by mappers!)
and much more.

Feel free to leave any comments and suggestions!

Looks fine, I'll try it. By the way, were you also thinking of getting back to the "Predisaster" project? That one sounded great.

Hey, this looks really cool. Is that 300 picture actually part of the dialog box? If so, mind sharing how you did it?

Wouldn't that be the same way they do it in CZ?

Edit: This does look interesting =]

Edit 2: Crosshair system is awesome. Movement is also very good. Will have to look at making a map for this :)

Nah, the Predisaster project is dead and buried.

Hey, this looks really cool. Is that 300 picture actually part of the dialog box? If so, mind sharing how you did it?
Yep, I edited NewGameDialog.res and added an ImagePanel control.

Just finished playing the training map, was pretty crazy.

Does it need all the memes though?

Idea: Instead of having it just sidescrolling, perhaps add corners, that when you go through, the player rotates x degrees (according to the angle of the turn)?

That's a good idea! Been looking in to that.

Yeah, got slightly inspired by Ragnarok Arena, but hell, the only thing they really got in common is the sideview.
