I have tried out your v1 hd-pack,a nd I really thought it was cool and can't wait to see what you have in store for v2. there was only one thing that made me wonder. Without the hd-pack, all characters in the game look at you when they talk to you even if you move around.
They didn't do that in your v1 release. Will they do that in v2? It was somewhat a little anoying...heh...it was like they didn't care what they were saying to you...:P...

You mean their heads or they actually turn around etc.? If their heads don't move it would be the model, but if they don't turn their whole bodies then... well, it's part of the code.

I don't know if HL:S can really support that.  To the best of my knowledge you add scripted_sequences in Hammer to choose blends of animations, I don't think it can be done any other way, unless if you port SMOD to HL:S (possible, but would be hard. HL:S entities would need to be changed to HL2/SMOD entities)

I think all they need is bone controller, the same as in Half-Life 1. If this is the case, I'm afraid the only way to fix this would be to decompile the model and edit the QC file, which could be quite boring.

You gotta add some attachment command for eyes and mouth or something.
