The clothes textures are not my concern right now.  I'm just working on the animations at present time.

When you do get working on the clothes texture, make sure thet the filter on the shirt isn't as noticable as it is at the moment. Make the cloth weave subtle. Like this.

Have you thought about doing a glazed eye texture? I like the white eyes alot, but that and the claws and teeth seem so stick out IMO.

Looking better ;)  I like the idle animation, in fact its all around looking better.  Just work on the eyes and fingernails so that they blend in with the rest of the body (ATM the eyes look like golf balls!  Try adding some blood around the edges)
If you would like some help with finishing off the skin, let me know

I think it needs to look like he's putting some force into his attack... the current motion looks like he's spanking ass

Still it looks pretty cool - just try to imagine the swift movement of say... a boxer.  They have to jab quickly to induce pain

Agreed with Saxon <3, the animation does actually look like a mother's beating a child or something :P

Try to make the attack more centered instead of a underhand hit.

I agree that I need to add a look of more force behind the slash, but the actual motion of the attack is the same attack motion that the Crimson Head makes in the Resident Evil remake.  I actual made the animation by looking at a video I took of a Crimson Head attacking my character while playing the Resident Evil remake.

The Crimson Heads seem to lunge at players, and often seem to give an attack similar to an HL2 zombie

Thats probably what the animations should be like, but that seems kinda hard to make them do that. Nice stab in the end btw  ;D
