Napoleon's Half-Life Detail Textures v1.0



OK. I worked hard for more than 3 weeks... and the result is here... This pack toked me so long time,
and such a hard work... so please if you reupload or include in your custom pack give me credits. Stealing is bad thing.
Lets back on topic. I got the idea about this pack when I bought my copy of Condition Zero, and saw them there. I was amazed.. and I tough that this is imposable to be done for Half-Life, but you see it's posable.
In this pack I have included detail texture support for the fallowing maps:

multiplayer: - 17 maps.

ag_crossfire, boot_camp, boot, bounce, crossfire, datacore
frenzy, gasworks, killbox, killbox_usa, lambda_bunker, rapidcore
snarkpit, stalkyard, subtransit, undertow, worksite2

Singleplayer: Half-Life missions + Half-Life training - 103 maps.

All maps:  120.

Note: In order to use them, you have to write in colsole the fallowing comands:

r_detailtexturessupported 1
r_detailtextures 1

Those detail textures won't work with WON/Non Steam. They are made for steam released Half-Life.

It needs to have texture type specific detail textures not just this grainy texture everywhere. But nice job.

Well, I know. But after all those detail textures are v1.0 . I'm still working on them. In the next version.. I'll include different type of details

wood, metal, concreat, sand.. e.t.c. :)

Does WON support Detailed Textures?

Even if it did, that would be alot of work for Napoleon. He had to edit around 123 text files for the textures. Thats quite alot of work for one man!

I used won, but had error     

Now I use NON-STEAM :P

WON doesn't support detail textures by default.

Looks ok Napoleon but I agree with editor about it looking very grainey...

Steam? Bah! I'll consider buying the anthology if V2 has the new separate textures as mentioned. As for now it looks like HLFX.

Or he could just list the settings for all the textures in the game in one text file and copy the file 123 times.

Judging from the pictures, I agree with Editor. Looks pretty grainy and not that varied, but I'll give it a try.
