I can tell it must be a very fun map, it's got freaking choppers in there :D

Like fury said, you need more lighting (if any at all), some poly optimization (try to aim for ~1200 w_polys) and some of the basic structure design is a bit out of proportions.

This map reminds me of a HL2 map I saw. Very big and interactive.

You will need both the first and second files. One is the bsp, sounds, and sky. The other are the textures.

P.S. You should fix "sky" bug, what appears when player standing on the roof of the 'central' building

Yeah a few people at TWHL noticed that too, I didn't even notice it until people pointed it out(you arent actually supposed to be able to get on that second rooftop).

No, It's easy to get to that roof. Just jump on the green box, and the second jump to the roof :-)

Could you fix that bug (I know how: move sky brush about 200 units higher, and retexture roofes of the naighbours buildings)

Doing this will improve the r_speeds, and 2000 is TOO MUCH for the engine. I suggest you simply use a clip brush in the areas you don't want people to arrive at. If you put the clip brush over the green box that let you get to that second floor, you will be able to jump on  it, but you won't be able to reach a higher place, so you won't need to increase the visible faces, hence the r_speeds won't increase as well.
For mapping help and suggestions, I recommend you to go to VERC forum boards.

oh, btw the lighting looks "boring", IMO. Try to change the pitch and the yaw of the light_environment, and instead of yellowish colours use some greyish tones. I suggest you something like 227ºpitch, about 230-240 yaw, and "200 200 200 170" brightness. The skymap does not match the lighting. You can change the skymap with one that matches your lighting, or just change your lighting until it matches the sky.

Also, to spice the map up, I recommend you to use some models. If you have to kill the engine, kill it until it only has 1fps! :o :P
